The customer service at this hotel is outstanding. From the front desk staff, to housekeeping, and last but certainly not least their bar staff. My work partner and I have visited here twice and have never been disappointed. The bar staff make every effort to ensure you are enjoying your stay. Thank you to Carlos and Sam for making our stay so memorable. You both are rock stars!! Your recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Morning breakfast is delicious!!

We were supposed to stay in the Navarre area, but we accidentally booked this hotel and honestly thought our trip was already ruined. To our surprise, it turned out to be an amazing experience. This hotel is excellent, with wonderful staff and one of the best places to stay in the area. We were only here for one night, but from the moment we walked in, it was just wow. The receptionist, Ally, was incredibly friendly, and all the staff were always smiling and happy to suggest great spots to visit nearby. I truly enjoyed our stay, and my girlfriend was very satisfied as well. Thank you for such a great experience—we will definitely be back again!

I’ve stayed at different Home2 Suites before, but this location is truly different and unique. I absolutely loved our room—it had two separate kitchen and bed areas, which made our stay extremely comfortable. My wife and our dog felt right at home the entire time. I especially want to recommend Ali for being so kind, cheerful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality really made a difference. Breakfast was good, and the room itself was amazing—clean, spacious, and well thought out. Overall, a wonderful experience. 10/10 — highly recommended!

Very nice, new hotel with excellent staff! Hotel was clean and our room was very spacious (2 queens plus a pull-out couch and a small kitchenette). They provided all the basics in the kitchenette, including a toaster!, and you can even request a cooktop. Breakfast was pretty good, although not a ton of variety from day to day. The staff were really phenomenal, though! Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly, but Alex that worked the breakfast station and the cleaning lady that usually worked the dining room for breakfast (so sad I never caught her name!!) were absolute gems and so sweet to our toddler. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I had such an incredible stay at Home2 Suites in Fort Walton Beach! The hotel is clean, modern, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, making the experience feel above and beyond. A special shout-out to Carlos, the bartender—he was absolutely amazing! Not only did he make fantastic drinks, but his energy, hospitality, and genuine kindness made every evening so enjoyable. He made me feel right at home and is a big part of why I’ll be coming back. If you’re visiting Fort Walton Beach, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Between the comfort of the rooms and the outstanding service (especially from Carlos), it’s easily a 5-star experience!

Carlitos/carlos is very accommodating and he made our stay very enjoyable. He works with compassion and he is really friendly to everyone. He always put a smile on his face which makes our stay worthy.

Best hotel my family and I have stayed at in a while…and we’ve stayed in a few! The building is excellently maintained, the staff is on the same level of kindness as you’d expect from Disney World or Chick-fil-a, and the room was immaculate. We have begun packing breakfast items when we travel to avoid the continental options at hotels… no need here! It was delicious and fresh! Kids made sure we gave a review - even they were impressed.

I had pleasure to stay at this location and they gave multiple ‘wow’ moments during my stay. I am amazed by their approach to elevate guest experience. I am so happy to have this kind of establishment in our area. I felt like i was at home. I want to thank all staff to made my stay memorable.
